Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Wednesday permitted Congress pioneer Shashi Tharoor to movement abroad. Tharoor is a denounced in his better half Sunanda Pushkar’s demise case.

Tharoor, in any case, had rejected the charge sheet as “over the top”.
