Russia keeps US national for spying

Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) officers kept an American national on the charges of spying in Moscow.

“On December 28, a US native Paul Whelan was kept by officers from the Russian Federal Security Service amid a government agent activity in Moscow,” Sputnik cited FSB’s representative as saying.

The examination is in progress. Whenever found blameworthy, he would be exposed to the detainment up to 20 years. More subtleties are anticipated.
