Indian batsman Rohit Sharma turned into a pleased dad of a child young lady on Monday.
Not long after the news arrived, the cricketer flew back to Mumbai to go to his significant other Ritika.
In the interim, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) declared that the right-hand batsman will give a miss to the last Test of the progressing four-coordinate arrangement against Australia starting January 3 in Sydney.
The cricket body additionally praised Sharma on the “start of another part in his life”.
“Rohit will miss the fourth and the last Test against Australia at Sydney. There will be no substitution player in the Test squad,” an official articulation from BCCI peruses.
Sharma will join the national ODI side on January 8 when the group starts their arrangement for the three-coordinate ODI arrangement beginning January 12.
