KSRTC suspends transport services today on Sabarimala push

A few Hindu outfits have called a day break to-sunset 12-hour strike in Kerala today against the section of two ladies of bleeding age into the Lord Ayyappa sanctuary. Congress-drove United Democratic Front (UDF) is watching dark day on Thursday to enlist their dissent over the advancement.

On Wednesday, two ladies, Bindu and Kanakdurga, both in their late 40s, entered Sabarimala sanctuary to offer supplications following which the state saw a string of fierce challenges. Protestors pelted stones, raised mottos and mocked against one another.
