Indian economy to contact $5 trillion by 2025: President Ram Nath Kovind

President Ram Nath Kovind on Sunday said the Indian economy is set for a surge in the following decade with the Gross Domestic Product (Gross domestic product) estimate multiplying to 5 trillion US dollars presumably by 2025.

While initiating the platinum celebration festivities of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) here, the President stated, “ICAI is praising its platinum celebration similarly as the Indian economy is set for a surge. In the following decade, likely even by 2025 India is required to twofold the span of its Gross domestic product to five trillion US dollars.”
