SC collegium repeats Justice KM Joseph’s elevation

The Supreme Court collegium on Friday collectively emphasized the suggestion for height of Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice K.M. Joseph to the summit court.

Senior most judge of Guwahati High Court and acting Chief Justice of Kerala High Court, Justice Hrishikesh Roy, was prescribed as the Chief Justice of Kerala High Court.

Equity MR Shah, who is the senior most judge of Gujarat High Court, has likewise been prescribed to be selected as the Chief Justice of Patna High Court.
