Daati Maharaj assault case: Court issues see over request looking for CBI test

The Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notice to the city police on complainant’s supplication looking for Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) test against the so called godman Daati Maharaj regarding an assault case.

The court will hear the issue next on August 30.

Prior on July 6, the Delhi High Court pulled up the city police and addressed with reference to why Daati Maharaj has not been captured yet.

The court asked, “It has been over multi month, why has the charged not been captured yet?”.
