The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday recorded a supplementary chargesheet against previous Himachal Pradesh boss clergyman Virbhadra Singh’s child Vikramaditya in an unbalanced resources case.
The ED has named Virbhadra’s child as a blamed for the situation.
The Patiala House Court has settled July 24 as the date for the thought of the chargesheet.
Prior in February, the ED had recorded a supplementary chargesheet against Virbhadra, his significant other and others under the arrangements of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Other than Virbhadra and his better half, the others named in the ED chargesheet are Universal Apple Associate proprietor Chunni Lal Chauhan, Life Insurance Corporation specialist Anand Chauhan and two other co-blamed Prem Raj and Lawan Kumar Roach.
The test organization charged Virbhadra, with anticipating around Rs. 5 crore “continues of wrongdoing” as rural salary in intrigue with his significant other and others, and putting it in obtaining LIC arrangements.
He had purportedly aggregated resources worth around Rs 6.03 crore which were unbalanced to his aggregate pay amid his residency as Union minister.
