An appeal has been documented against previous CM’s of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti, Omar Abdullah and other political pioneers for purportedly contradicting the annulment of Article 370.
A supported in Betia Court Murad Ali has recorded the case under charges of rebellion and criminal scheme for restricting the rejecting of the Article which has as of late been rejected through Presidential request.
“I have recorded an argument against previous boss priests of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti, Omar Abdullah and other political pioneers who have contradicted the annulment of Article 370,” Ali told ANI.
“I have documented the case under Section 124 A (subversion), 153 An (advancing ill will between various gatherings of religion, race, spot of birth, home and language), 153 B, 504 (Intentional affront with plan to incite break of the harmony) and 120B (criminal scheme) of the Indian Penal Code,” he said.
Ali said that the court heard his case and moved the case to the court of Judicial Magistrate KK Shahi. Next hearing for the situation is on September 24.
In the protest, Ali has claimed that Mufti and Omar restricted the rejecting of the Article which has made an anger for the Indian Government through print, electronic and online networking.
“They endeavored to make ill will among the residents of different conditions of India. They have harmed the trustworthiness and solidarity of the country. They have taken the necessary steps of irritating national honesty and harmony,” he said.
PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah were taken under preventive capture in Srinagar after the Center rejected Article 370 which gives uncommon status to Jammu and Kashmir.
